Are mortgage rates going downward

Lobbyist are pressuring the Treasury Department to prepare a plan to purchase current portfolios of mortgages from banks in hopes of lowering mortgages rates lower.

Last week, the Federal Reserve announced it would buy $500 billion in mortgage backed securities from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac a Ginnie Mae. Response was immediate as mortgagerates dropped.

Each of the company’s senior officers have long established careers in lending, banking, real estate and venture projects, bringing to Sun Valley Mortgage a solid background in and understanding of the finance and mortgage industry.

We have the ability to do both fund directly through our lines of credit or go to another lender and broker loans based on the loan scenario. Not every loan fits a certain lenders critera of where it will be funded from. One of the added benefits in selecting our team is that we have a much higher likelihood in getting your situation funded rather than a bank or credit union that is confined to a smaller array of lending products.
